Marcus Thompson

Director of Field Operations

Marcus oversees all on-the-ground restoration projects, coordinating volunteer teams and managing relationships with landowners and partner organizations. A former park ranger with a degree in Ecology, Marcus brings twenty years of hands-on conservation experience to the Project. His expertise in native plant identification and invasive species management has been instrumental in developing our restoration protocols. When he's not in the field, Marcus can be found teaching community workshops on native gardening and watershed health.
